These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Game Day Fuel website, services, products, and applications (collectively, the “Service” or “Website”), which are owned and operated by Club Sports Insiders, a California entity (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Club Sports Insiders”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

  • These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Club Sports Insiders concerning your use of the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or, if you are under 18, that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service and to be bound by these Terms.

  • We may modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. If we make changes, we will post the revised Terms on the Website with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Service after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to: (a) use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes; (b) infringe the intellectual property or proprietary rights of others; (c) transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems; (e) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (f) use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Service without our prior written consent; or (g) post or transmit content that is abusive, obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Compliance with Laws: You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local, state, national, and international laws.

  • Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes. We will charge and collect sales taxes as required by law.

  1. Shipping, Delivery, and Returns

  • Shipping and Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise stated.

  • Returns and Refunds: Our return, refund, and cancellation policies are posted separately on the Website and incorporated by reference. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policies.

  1. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, product formulations, trade dress, and software (collectively, “Content”), is owned or licensed by Club Sports Insiders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
